Our story

kiop.agency is a new type of cluster agency combining creative and digital masterminds & talents both locally and internationally.

Moonika Kiop, the founder of kiop.agency, has dedicated herself to advertising since 2003. In 2008 she co-founded the analytical creative agency Creatum. Creatum was her workplace and focus up until 2020. In August 2020 she founded Kiop.agency, a new type of advertising agency. Kiop.agency is driven by strategy & modern graphic design to create a target-group experience for both online and offline platforms. We focus on developing identity systems, digital interfaces (webpages, landing pages, promotional sites, etc.), advertising campaigns, video content creation, creating branded environments like expos, interactive solutions for exhibitions, signage and other marketing- and advertising-related activities.

We work as a cluster of experts: kiop.agency serves as client lead and strategy hotspot while combining a team of talented professionals to perfectly fit the client’s needs. To me, advertising is not just about getting things sold for the least possible outlay on marketing: it is about UNDERSTANDING the status quo of a product or service & KNOWING how it can be developed to achieve its full potential. Whenever a team comes up with a truly magnificent idea and it is realized with brilliant design, MAGIC happens. And that magic makes me happy.

& positioning

As a lead in client service in both the public and private sectors, I have had the wonderful opportunity to write and plan marketing strategies for many companies, both large and small.

Campaign
management

Campaign management is something I do on a daily basis. It consists of: 1) understanding what the campaign has to achieve; 2) planning the campaign strategy (messaging & creative, production, media, timelines and budgets); 3) leading the creative team and getting the results approved by the client; 4) producing any material for channels; 5) implementing the campaign and monitoring the results; 6) optimizing the campaign; and 7) conducting the final case study and considering lessons to be learned.

Signage

I have planned and executed extensive signage systems for Tallinn Central Hospital (approx. 300 elements of signage, mapping, planning, creative and design lead & production lead), PetCity pet stores throughout the Baltics, Kohtla-Järve Gymnasium signage, mini-signage projects for Telia (different events) and more.

Public
procurements

I have taken part in around 100 public procurements in the course of 13+ years. My systematic approach and broad outlook are values that give me an edge when participating in such procurements.

Service
design

The inspiring part of service design is UNDERSTANDING complicated service processes and products. The key is how to make complicated products and services easy to grasp through intuitive service design. One of the most challenging and rewarding experiences I have had is immersing myself in 5G mobile service technical descriptions.

Kiop.agency has created more than half-a-dozen brand systems over the last two years. Prior to that, I was the driving force behind more than 30 brand system projects.

Digital campaigns are where control freaks really get some satisfaction! You can test your banners and messages and check that you have the most effective one out there. You can test and control your channels and use only those that produce the most results. You can also utilize all of your knowledge and experience from past campaigns, thereby driving up efficiency and ultimately achieving the same results with less outlay OR achieving better results with the same outlay. My experience to date includes 200+ digital campaigns.

Webpages

Digital is the future and the future is digital. There´s no way around it. Marketing expenditure on digital branding and homepage development, e-commerce and digital campaigns has only gone up in the last 10 years and will continue to do so. To date, kiop.agency has worked on eight different webpage projects.
